Immaculately clean rooms with air conditioning and free wifi
Honest staff. Great and absolutely perfect location, short way from everywhere. Just off the center as well as the nightlife, the malls, monorail, and the cheap liquor store.

Upgraded room with bathtub and free WiFi and air con, and there's free parking onsite, if you travel by car. Offers good service and DELICIOUS food. They offer room service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge too.

You won't need any transportation as everything is within walking distance, making it convenient for families with kids. The staff is always ready to assist and ensure your stay is comfortable.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also within walking distance of the KLCC, which was a major advantage. The beds and pillows were clean, and the lights in the room were in good condition. I also loved the color of the curtains, it added a touch of elegance to the room.
The air conditioning in the room could use some improvement. It wasn't functioning properly and made the room a bit uncomfortable.

Our stay at V'La Heritage was like a home away from home. The location was central and convenient, with all the main attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. The ambience of the hotel was cozy and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were helpful and the cleanliness of the beds and toilets was commendable. The decent wifi and breakfast added to the overall positive experience. Despite some noise from nearby clubs, it was bearable. I would recommend this hotel for its great value and pleasant atmosphere.

I recently stayed at V'La Heritage for a short business trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, making it comfortable to move around. The central location was a big plus, and I loved being able to explore the nearby street food options on Jalan aLor. The friendly reception, tasty breakfast options, and the convenience of free parking were additional highlights. a great stay!

We had a great stay at V'La Heritage. the location was convenient with easy access to the subway station and the Petronas Towers via a skywalk. the hotel staff, especially Jay and Sasha, were very friendly and helpful. They arranged an early check-in for us free of charge, making our stay even more comfortable. the room and hotel environment were clean, and the WiFi worked well. the breakfast offered a reasonable variety of food, perfect for a short stay. we found the hotel to be a good value for money. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌🏻.
